TERMS: DUE UPON COMPLETION

I have the authority to order the above estimate and do so order as outlined above. It is agreed that Merced will retain title to any equipment or material furnished until final & complete payment is made.

STORAGE FEES

If a unit is left at Merced's location for more than 4 days after service completion or after estimate of service has been given with no reply, Merced will impose a $15.00/day storage fee. If the storage fees exceed the value of the unit, the unit becomes property of Merced A/C Equipment Service, Inc.

PARTS WARRANTY

All parts as recorded are warranted for 90 days.

LABOR GUARANTY

The labor charge as recorded here relative to the equipment serviced as noted, is guaranteed for a period of 90 days. We do not, of course, guaranty other parts other than those we install. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts or internal debris, they will be charged separately.

REPAIR DECLINE:

A bench evaluation fee will apply to all repair estimates that are declined to cover our diagnostic time. Bench evaluation charges are as follows:
